not sure but my guess has to be that Mcgregor came in like 30 mins late which most likely annoyed Diaz. Another reason is that Mcgregor tends to shine during press conference and by walking off of one will take away Mcgregor's steam. Plus Diaz thinks Mcgregor's insults are pre written.

In a way it is kinda like punking Mcgregor by walking away from him lol

True, I just thought it was random. Diaz was doing well talking and all and said he didnt care that conor was late, I just figured it was bc the media switched fully over to the conor show when he showed up. but was dope either way haha
