Was bout to make this thread and ya, cant destroy evidence then claim innocence, if youre innocent and have nothing to hide get a representative to monitor your phone while they search through it etc, not destroy it an hour before your meeting lmaoo..

Pretty sure the NFL doesnt have the legal right to call for his phone records from his provider but if Brady was smart hed get his own records, and Doctor them the way he wants to prove his innocence while looking cooperative.

Goodell is a joke, he gets 4 games and ray rice gets 2. There punishments are beyond retarded. I mean tom probably did cheat and im a pats fan. But those balls were the regular sized balls in the 2nd half where he put up like 21-24 points..

you have to contact your provider to give you your text messages, they save everything for 5 years..
