To make a long story short
People found out he was Neil, then started to tweet city councilmen in the city he lives warning them about Neil's behavior, that infuriated JD so he copped a plea that if he agrees to be banned all info pertaining to Neil would be removed from this site.

He remained adamant that Neil wasn't him until the bridges in the city started to get burned for him, he then came back and made a deal with watt that if he leaves all info regarding Neil would be gone. I assume its indefinitely, or he's already come back under an alias and is just laying low, or using one of his other alias'

who knows, this site is a mystery sometimes.

Trip just aint been around though, no reasoning behind that at all
