Day vs Lux. One battle event (one battle on the card). Instead of paying them 10k each or whatever, they get it as production budget. They can use unlimited props during their rounds as their budget allows, at their discretion and according to their planning. 15 minute rounds but they dont have to rap the whole time, they can script their time as in theater, have extras play out parts, etc. During change of rounds they get 5-10 minute time to set up their stage. The whole battle is filmed and edited into a "film".

Each rapper is responsible for the audio production of his own rounds, music is allowed but not necessary.

No DonDeNarco and no external sound drops BUT getting the crowd involved is not only permitted but encouraged (a la Uno Lavoz, Hollow, etc.)

I think 3 rounds TOTAL would be enough. One round each and the 3rd they both collaborate on the background setup but their rap parts are not known to each other.
