I used to think cooking was relaxing and fun until a few years ago when I decided meal prep was something I should do. Now fuck cooking.

But I'm sad I haven't seen @Br0wser or [MENTION=20416]HEISTBVA[/MENTION] post. They're the top chefs.

not gonna front meng i havent cooked in several months that shit time consuming as hell but back in day anything that you could make dopely with a iron skillet and oven i was doing high level fucking porterhouses salmon center cut chops etc i had that shit down to a science then i moved into shitty apartment where oven wasnt cooperating and i lost my mojo smh.

First thing I always drink a lot of clean water

Breakfast Usually a high-protein affair eggs - mix in some onions and green pepper and some turkey bacon. Got a coffee machine throw some hazelnut through that shit with a little soy milk

For dinners I try and cook 3 or 4 days worth at a time and Tupperware it.
usually get some quality vegetables and steam them, some fish in a pan with some lemon and pepper or likewise with chicken - some organic salad in a bag then dressing ... andI’m eating good for not that much money. Always keep some tuna some beans nuts seeds avocados - you get the general idea.
I don’t like having a conversation what do you feel like eating what do you feel like eating every fucking night - so I go mass production auto pilot so I can leave more mental energy for making roos

I used to do bulk grocery shopping
Nowadays I'm just picking up the necessary things as the days go on depending on what I crave, ended up saving a lot of money and promoting more activity throughout my day

Not to mention eating fresh
