Tuna I doubt the neg system will be back, vbulletin 3.8.9 was the last decent release of vbulletin.
many of the things that made vbulletin popular no longer work anymore in new releases
This has caused vbulletin to lose mass amounts of market share.

I hope down the line they switch back (to 3.8.7 or 3.8.9) or change the forum software, although I think thats time and money the new owner might not want to invest in, especially if the site isn't lucrative
