Stock market always shifts up and down. I'm not 100% on this but if people are artificially inflating their stocks then there will be even more drastic shifts when their stocks go back to real value.

The problem is the market is in a bubble. I don’t think this minor sell off is anything of significance. It’s going to keep going up with optimism, nothing else unfortunately.

100% this. Global markets have been trending up for a long while. China's market grew even more than ours. Anyone who thinks the president has control over the market (good or bad) beyond very minor panic buying/selling is dense.

I think he has more control than just panic selling/buying. Optimism is through the roof with Trump, I understand why, but it really shouldn't be. There's a false sense of security people are willing to invest more into a major bubble.
