Makaveli era Pac was evolving and making progress by leaps and bounds as not only a lyricist but as a genuine artist exceeding others expectations of himself as a whole.


To take into account everything that was transpiring in his life at that moment and he was still THAT prolific in the studio in such a short period of time alone is impressive by itself. Coupling that with where he was progressing to artistically with venturing off into new and uncharted territory while keeping if not exceeding a level of quality that he set previously is absolutely astounding.
